Stock Control
These settings manage how your website manages stock in the fulfilment process.
- Select Yes or No to each setting:
- Use Stock Numbers – Using this setting will use the actual stock numbers on the website when determining if a product is out of stock or not rather than the ‘In Stock/Out of Stock’ flags on products. An out of stock product will not be allowed to be checked out unless the ‘Allow no stock orders’ setting has been checked
- Allow No Stock Orders – Using this setting will allow checkouts and subscription renewals to be allowed even if there isn’t the amount of stock left to fulfil them
- Skip ‘Awaiting Stock’ Fulfilment Status – Normally, fulfilment are assigned the ‘Awaiting Stock’ status. Selecting this option will allow fulfilment to skip this and be set as New straight away for processing.
- Allow Partial Fullment Commits – Normally, fulfillments aren’t allowed by the system to have stock committed to them unless they are able to be totally fulfilled with stock. Selecting this option will skip this and allow stock to be added to fulfilment items even if there isn’t enough stock to totally fulfil it
- Press Save when ready
