In Bulk Fulfillment Process
The Basic Fulfillment Process
An order is placed through your website, or you have created a one-off order through Sqimple. This will instigate an automated confirmation email to the customer. To fulfill this order, follow the following process for each applicable order:
- Login into Sqimple and navigate to the Orders tab. Within this tab you will see all orders listed to date. Review the status and type of these orders. Note: If applicable please note that all orders to be collected rather than posted will show as Collect in the Address column. These orders can be processed in the same way but will not be dispatched or require postage but rather collected directly from you.
- Select the Filter option, beside the search bar. Then filter your order list by date, stated and/or state in order to create a complete list of orders to fulfil.
- Once filtered, click the blue Download CSV button. This will download a CSV file, per the filter applied, of all orders you wish to process. You can use this list to ensure all orders are processed at the end.
In Bulk Fulfillment Process
Depending on your turnover, you may wish to process a group of orders in bulk to save time, effort and resources. To fulfill multiple orders at once, follow the following process:
You can use this list to ensure all orders are processed.
- From there, navigate to the ‘Fulfillments’ tab. You will need to do this in two lots. One all orders that are being delivered (Fulfillments tab) and two, all orders that are being collected daily (Under Fulfillments > Collect). The only difference is that the collection group will end in ‘Awaiting Collection’ rather than ‘Dispatched’ and ‘Collected’ rather than ‘Delivered’.
- The Fulfillments tab will step you through the process and allow you to clearly see where each order is up to ready for the next step. For multiple orders select all that apply by ticking the checkbox on each line. You may need to review the column called postcode in order to confirm location of delivery.
- Once selected click the drop down arrow and select ‘change dispatch date’, then select the applicable day of delivery for these orders based on their location. You will be able to search through all orders for this date in future if needed.
- On the day of delivery, select the ‘Ready to Pick’ button at the top of the list. You will notice that these orders will now move to the next tab called ‘Ready to pick’.
- Navigate to this tab and select all orders for that day’s delivery. Then click the blue drop down arrow and choose the ‘Print Delivery Sheets’ option. This will create a PDF print out for you to print and send with each order if required.
- Once picked based on the delivery sheets, select all applicable orders as needed and select ‘Picked’
- Navigate to the Picked tab and select all orders, then mark as packed.
- Navigate to the Packed tab and select all applicable orders, then mark as dispatched. This will instigate another email to the customer advising that the order has been dispatched to them.
- If needed, at any point you can click the blue drop down arrow and reprint delivery sheets – These can occasionally get dirty or torn while being packed.
- Once dispatched, you will need to navigate to the dispatched page, and open each order that has been delivered.
- Then within each order, navigate to the Fulfilment section and click the blue ‘View’ button.
- Click the delivered button when the order has been delivered.
- Your orders are now fully processed.
